Qualifications

1. Diploma/ Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media production.
3. Proven experience in photography, videography, and drone operation.
4. Proficiency in photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva) is an added advantage.
5. Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
7. Knowledge of the agriculture or agribusiness sector will be an added advantage.
8. The person must be qualified to communicate with key people in the Commercial Farm and training organizations, as well as the chairperson for the same to be productive and always ahead of the different situations.

 Responsibilities

1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of farm operations, corporate events, and community activities.
2. Operate drones for aerial photography and video production.
3. Produce short documentaries and visual stories showcasing company’s agricultural activities and social responsibility projects.
4. Manage the company’s digital media library and ensure proper archiving of all visual content.4.
5. Design promotional materials, brochures, banners, and digital content to strengthen company’s brand image.
6. Coordinate participation in exhibitions, field days, and other public events.
7. Manage company social media accounts and Websites.
8. Plan, coordinate, and communicate company’s CSR initiatives within the surrounding community undertaken by our Training organization.
9. Develop reports and success stories on community projects and partnerships.
10. Prepare monthly communication reports (monthly newsletter to all stakeholders), including media coverage, public engagement metrics, and CSR outcomes.
11. Manage communication budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
12. Support management with presentation materials and documentation for partners and stakeholders.
