Job Role

Needed Pharmacy Sales Representative to support sales operations, promote pharmaceutical products, and deliver excellent customer service across assigned pharmacy outlets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys front-line sales, understands pharmacy retail, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

Minimum Requirements

1. A Licensed Pharmacist registered with the relevant regulatory authority.
2. 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations and/or a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, dispensing standards, and ethical practice.
4. Proven experience in inventory management, expiry control, and loss prevention.
5. Strong leadership, people coordination, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
7. High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy or inventory systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical and consumer health products across assigned pharmacy outlets.
2. Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
3. Process sales transactions and support basic cash-handling activities where applicable.
4. Ensure proper shelf arrangement, product visibility, validity, and availability.
5. Support pharmacists with daily operations as required during field activities and promotions.
6. Monitor stock levels, identify fast- and slow-moving items, and support re-ordering.
7. Prepare basic sales and market feedback reports for the Commercial Manager.
