Job Details

The Operations Account Support Officer provides critical coordination and support across Operations, Commercial, and Finance functions. The role focuses on financial coordination, data auditing, operational support, and cross-functional alignment to ensure accurate reporting, smooth workflows, and uninterrupted service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or equivalent).
  2. Knowledge of cargo clearance procedures under different regulatory regimes in Tanzania.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
  4. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and coordination skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
