Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. This role ensures timely payment from clients and maintains accurate financial records.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

1. Generate and send invoices for Smartplus phone Sales
2. Record Hub/Shop Cash Remittances in Dashboard reconciling to Revenue and bank statements
3. Monitor accounts & Hub/Shops to identify non-compliance concerns
4. Communicate with Customers regarding outstanding balances via phone and email
5. Process and apply remittance & customer payments in Dashboard & accounting system(QBO)
6. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
7. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
10. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies
