Job Overview

Qualifications

4. Proven experience in financial management within trading, logistics, services, or manufacturing sectors.
5. Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements.

7. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

1. Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
2. Establish and staff the finance department to meet business needs.
3. Drive strategic financial planning to align with company objectives.
4. Manage financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to management and the board.
5. Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
6. Oversee accounting optimization, cost control, and resource allocation.
7. Provide accurate and timely communication with the Board on financial matters.
8. Supervise and mentor staff, monitoring performance and capacity building.
9. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
10. Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management activities.
11. Leverage ERP systems (preferably Next ERP) for financial efficiency and reporting.
